When will you ship my order?	Your orders will usually be shipped after payment confirmation. 1-3 business days The product is packaged and shipped. What is the shipping fee?	Shipping is free for all orders within Türkiye. For international orders, shipping costs will be automatically calculated during the payment process based on delivery procedures.
How can I track the location of my package?	Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to remotely monitor your shipment on the shipping company's website.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or missing item?	Once your order arrives, please check the package in the presence of the delivery person. Can I wash copper items in the dishwasher?	No. Never wash your copper items in a dishwasher. The high heat and harsh detergents of dishwashers cause copper to lose its natural shine and also damage the tin components.
How should copper products be cleaned?	It is recommended to clean by hand using lukewarm water and a soft sponge. Instead of chemical detergents, opt for natural soaps or cleaners specifically designed for cleaning copper. After washing, wipe with a soft cloth immediately. Make sure to dry it thoroughly. Moisture and water stains can cause copper to tarnish.
Why do copper products tarnish (oxidize), and is this normal?	Yes, it's completely natural for copper to tarnish (oxidize) over time when exposed to air and moisture. This doesn't mean the product is of poor quality. The tarnish can be easily removed by rubbing salt with a mixture of lemon and vinegar, and the copper will return to its original state.
What should I do before using a copper pot for the first time?	Before using new, hot-temperature pots and pans, simply wash them with warm water and soap and dry them thoroughly. Since the inside is not tin-coated, no extra pre-treatment is required.
