What should I do if I receive a damaged or missing item? Once your order arrives, please check the package in the presence of the delivery person. 2. Using and Cleaning Copper Products

Can I wash copper items in the dishwasher? No. Never wash your copper items in a dishwasher. The high heat and harsh detergents of dishwashers cause copper to lose its natural shine and also damage the tin components.
How should copper products be cleaned? It is recommended to clean by hand using lukewarm water and a soft sponge. Instead of chemical detergents, opt for natural soaps or cleaners specifically designed for cleaning copper. After washing, wipe with a soft cloth immediately. Make sure to dry it thoroughly. Moisture and water stains can cause copper to tarnish.
Why do copper products tarnish (oxidize), and is this normal? Yes, it's completely natural for copper to tarnish (oxidize) over time when exposed to air and moisture. This doesn't mean the product is of poor quality. The tarnish can be easily removed by rubbing salt with a mixture of lemon and vinegar, and the copper will return to its original state.
What should I do before using a copper pot for the first time? Before using new, hot-temperature pots and pans, simply wash them with warm water and soap and dry them thoroughly. Since the inside is not tin-coated, no extra pre-treatment is required.
